Something that makes documentation clearer and better is putting flowcharts into the procedures documents. I really like how flowcharts clarify the steps and decisions, but it seems too few organizations use them any more compared to a decade ago.<BR/><BR/>RebeccaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
